Account Types

Mansha'at Web offers various account types that enable you to reach your technical solution, regardless of your experience in this field. We aim to reach everyone.

Enterprise Admin Account

This account grants you full control over all accounts within your enterprise. This includes defining user permissions and resetting passwords. It allows you to manage all input lists (input options) and customize them easily (e.g., adding frequently used nationalities). It also allows control over Enterprise Settings such as contact information, default routing path, tax settings, VAT number, and Commercial Registration.

Developer Account

This account is dedicated to enterprises with internal developers and programmers who wish to utilize the system to create and innovate their own services and programs. This account provides the ability to upload the service file to your own site, in addition to building permissions and leveraging the Permissions Tree system and the Database Manager system of Mansha'at Web.

Designer Account

This account is for enterprises that have dedicated designers who want to add more creativity to their services and website. It provides you with the ability to modify and create Theme files (Themes/CSS) and JavaScript files for complete interface customization.

Supervisor Account

This account enables you to access and work on services and benefit from them in an advanced manner. It holds specific modification and deletion permissions within its scope of work. It also has a set of settings like controlling form sizes and the default routing path, and can be accessed from any domain affiliated with the Mansha'at Web system.

User Account

This account allows you to access and work on services and benefit from them based on the permissions granted by the Enterprise Administrator. This account has a set of basic settings like controlling form sizes and the default routing path.

Subsidiary Roles (Affiliate, Trainee, Trial)

  • Affiliate (Linked): An account tied to a specific enterprise and given to an employee to work on a particular service or feature.
  • Trainee: Used by university students and junior programmers to train on the work environment and programming using the system.
  • Trial: An account similar to a full account, offered free of charge to test services before making a purchase decision.
